14-Day Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return or exchange it at Koioki.com. Your return must be submitted within 14 days from when your package is received. You will receive a full refund minus the original cost of shipping. Orders with free shipping will also be charged the original cost of shipping.

The customer will be responsible for all postage fees for all returns or exchanges.

No returns or exchanges on the following items. 25% restocking fee may apply.

Kids tees
Orders over $75
Hoodies
Clearance items
2XL, 3XL, 4Xl sizes

For all order that are sent back to us because of an invalid or incomplete address.

The customer will have to pay for a new shipping label.
If a refund is requested we will refund the total amount minus the shipping cost and a 25% restocking fee.

Koioki cannot accept returns on International orders.
